BancTec Expands Global Business Process Outsourcing Market Share with MEDIASERVICE Transaction
BancTec assumes the contracts of MEDIASERVICE, of Cologne, Germany, to expand its European Business Process Outsourcing operation

BancTec Inc, a leading global provider of document and payment processing solutions and Business Process Outsourcing services, today announced that it has assumed the contracts of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company, MEDIASERVICE, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction builds on the BancTec global strategy of transforming itself into a world class Business Process Outsourcing company.
The assumption of MEDIASERVICE contracts accelerates BancTec’s global growth in the Business Process Outsourcing market and builds upon the recent new launch announcements of the Estonian (Tallinn) and Irish (Dublin) BPO operations.

MEDIASERVICE contracts will be integrated into the BancTec German operation supported by an investment program to implement BancTec’s industry-leading Mail Center solutions and connected to the company’s European Archive network.
