Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) division continues to receive top ratings

The ITSM division of BancTec, a global provider of advanced, high volume document and payment processing services and solutions, has been recognized by three of its largest customers for excellence in customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The recognition is for overall customer satisfaction, technician professionalism, on-time arrival for service and repair cycle time, and further strengthens the reputation of a team that was named Dell Inc.’s General Procurement Partner of the Year in 2007.
