BancTec’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Division Celebrates Four Years of Rapid Growth In Europe

The ITSM division of BancTec, a global provider of advanced, high volume document and payment processing solutions and services, recently celebrated its fourth anniversary of providing service to the European market. Since expanding its operations to Europe, BancTec’s ITSM team has experienced year-over-year call volume growth of 68%, built its team to nearly 400 technicians and service support personnel, and established two call centers, four depot repair facilities and more than 300 parts stocking locations.

“With European coverage across nine countries, we are well on our way to matching the near universal coverage we have achieved in the United States,” said Brendan P. BancTec’s ITSM division provides comprehensive deployment and maintenance services on computers, servers, printers, peripherals and networks for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and information technology outsourcing (ITO) service providers. The division’s 1,217 employees, more than 1,000 of which are full-time engineers and technicians, service 100% of the United States and significant portions of Canada and nine European countries, including: UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Czech Republic, Belgium and Austria.
