BancTec has organized the Service Solutions Group to manage and deploy Multi-Vendor Service Solutions through out North America including Puerto Rico and Canada. The organization consists of a North American field force of technicians available 7×24, product specialists, program managers, parts depots, infrastructure logistics, call center, help desk, management, training specialists, consumable support, and marketing professionals. Each of our programs are developed to insure that your needs are met consistently and professionally by a team of well trained and dedicated staff. We know and understand that you have many options to choose from and BancTec seeks to differentiate our programs by offering high quality responsive service programs at an economical price. Each program is designed such that a service level agreement defines what’s expected, and BancTec continuously provides feedback to your organization on performance and tracks deliverables based on metrics.
